Leading a prestudy and prototype development of an augmented reality solution using Microsoft HoloLens for operator support in product assembly.

Leading a development project of medical laboratory equipment.
The product evolved from early prototype stages to certification testing by an agile process that allowed quick changes in both hardware and software in close cooperation with the customer.
Skype (2013 - 2017)
Product owner for call quality in Skype, with particular focus on calls with bad och varying capacity on the internet connection, such as a moving mobile phone.
I was also part of launching the video meeting functionality in Microsoft's new product Teams (2016).
Ericsson (2010 - 2013)
I had the technical product ownership in the development and launch of a standardized video conferencing solution based on IMS. I set the requirements and worked closely with the development organization to secure a quick path from a research prototype to a commercially viable solution in cooperation with a global supplier of video conferencing equipment.
The solution was showcased at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona two years in a row and I was responsible for the realization of this (see press release).
I was also part of a business development team in parallel with the development. This team was driving the formation of a industry group advocating interoperable video conferencing and it consisted of all telecom equipment vendors and a number of global telecom operators.
